Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

The following terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions and carry the meanings set out below. Where context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the dx69 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

1. You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
2. You are at least 21 years of age. This requirement reflects the minimum legal age for participation in gambling activities applicable to the Indonesian market as well as the Operator's own responsible-gaming policy.
3. You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
4. You are not a resident or citizen of a Prohibited Jurisdiction, and you have independently verified that accessing dx69 does not violate any applicable law in your country, province, state, or territory of residence.
5. You have not previously been excluded from dx69 or any affiliated platform for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or problem-gambling self-exclusion.
6. You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or direct family member of an employee of the Operator or of any of our game-technology providers.
7. You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Indonesia or your applicable jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To use dx69's real-money services you must complete our registration form, providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each individual may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with any balances therein forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and bank account details as required. You must promptly update your account information whenever it changes. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration data supplied by the User.

3.3 KYC Verification

dx69 is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing a first withdrawal. You will be asked to upload at least one government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National ID card / KTP, or a valid passport). Documents must be clearly legible, unexpired, and unaltered. Verification is typically completed within 30 minutes during business hours. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable period may be suspended.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. You agree to notify dx69 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. The Operator shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3.5 Account Currency

All Accounts operated by Indonesian Users are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus values are expressed in IDR unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Operator.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dx69 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian bank transfer channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP. The Operator may add or remove payment methods at its discretion; current options are displayed within your Account dashboard.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum single transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. The Operator reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks on transactions exceeding Rp 100,000,000.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically credited to your Account within minutes of transfer confirmation. Deposits via CIMB Niaga and OCBC NISP may take up to 30 minutes. The Operator accepts no liability for delays caused by the User's own bank.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (08:00–20:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday) are typically processed within 1–4 hours for BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri. Other supported banks may take 2–6 hours. Requests submitted outside business hours, on Sundays, or on Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. All stated processing times are estimates and not contractual guarantees.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as your dx69 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Active bonus funds subject to an unmet Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is satisfied or the bonus is forfeited via the Account settings.

4.6 Fees

dx69 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your own bank may apply standard interbank transfer fees or charges for which the O perator accepts no responsibility. Users are advised to consult their bank's fee schedule prior to initiating transactions.

4.7 Chargebacks & Reversals

Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal against a deposit made to dx69 is considered a breach of these Terms. The Operator reserves the right to suspend the Account immediately, recover any outstanding amounts by offsetting future withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant financial authorities where applicable.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on dx69 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as well as the general provisions of this clause. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page (typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount). Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute at variable rates depending on the odds.

5.3 Bonus Validity

Bonuses that are not claimed or whose Wagering Requirement is not met within the stated validity period (as specified on the promotion page) will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without compensation. The default validity period is 30 calendar days unless otherwise stated.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

dx69 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, hedging bets across accounts, placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements, and coordinated play with other Users. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

5.5 Right to Withdraw Offers

The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a User's Account and actively being wagered.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on dx69 are subject to acceptance by the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including situations where a pricing error, technical fault, or irregular betting pattern is detected. A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued to the User.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Stake limits may vary by sport, league, market type, and User account tier. The Operator may apply individual account-level stake restrictions without obligation to provide reasons.

6.3 Asian Handicap & Local Betting Formats

dx69 offers Asian Handicap markets (known locally as voor bola — a format giving virtual goal advantages to level betting fields), Over/Under, 1X2, mix parlay (accumulator combining multiple selections), and Both Teams to Score markets across all major football competitions including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the UEFA Champions League. Full rules for each market type are available in the Help section within the platform.

6.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to market availability. Odds fluctuate in real time and the price displayed at the moment of bet confirmation is the price that applies. The Operator accepts no liability for connectivity interruptions that prevent a User from placing or amending a live bet.

6.5 Void Bets & Refunds

A bet will be declared void and the stake refunded if: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold is reached; a technical error results in an incorrect price being published; or a governing sports body overturns the result on which the market settled. Void bets do not count towards Wagering Requirements.

6.6 Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per market type apply. These limits are displayed within each market. Where winnings from a single bet or accumulator exceed the stated payout cap, the excess will not be paid and the maximum cap will apply.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the dx69 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law-enforcement or regulatory authorities:

1. Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any alias.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using automated software (bots, scripts, AI agents) to place bets, exploit pricing errors, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for natural users.
4. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported immediately; failure to do so constitutes fraud.
5. Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting outcomes, or any conduct that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
6. Laundering money or using dx69 as a vehicle for any financial crime, including structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds.
7. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated live-casino strategies.
8. Harassing, threatening, or abusing dx69 staff, agents, or other platform users via any channel.
9. Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology to mask your true geographical location.
10. Allowing any third party, including a minor, to access or operate your Account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on dx69 — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content; reverse-engineering or decompiling any software; creating derivative works; or scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of dx69's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may expose the User to civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

dx69 strives to maintain platform uptime of 99.9% but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily affect availability. The Operator will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.

9.2 No Warranty

The platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Operator does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the platform, including live odds and match statistics.

9.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of dx69, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.4 Cap on Liability

The Operator's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their dx69 Account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.5 User Responsibility

Users access and use dx69 at their own risk. You are solely responsible for all decisions made in relation to betting activity, including bet selection, stake sizing, and timing of wagers. The Operator provides tools and information to assist decision-making but does not provide betting advice and accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of your wagering decisions.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by dx69 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, dx69 collects personal data that is strictly necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. All data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers with restricted access controls.

11. Responsible Gaming

dx69 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling. We enforce the following responsible gaming measures as mandatory platform features:

• Age Verification: No person under the age of 21 may register or hold an Account. We verify age during KYC and reserve the right to request additional proof at any time.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session time reminders and automatic logouts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may take a temporary break from the platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period no bets may be placed and no bonuses will be issued.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their life may request permanent self-exclusion via our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the agreed exclusion period (minimum 6 months).

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support, provided there are no pending withdrawal requests, active bonuses under wagering, or outstanding disputes. Any remaining balance of verified real-money funds (net of any voided bonuses) will be returned to your nominated bank account within 5 business days of closure confirmation.

12.2 Suspension by the Operator

dx69 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time without prior notice if: we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms; your account is subject to a legal hold or regulatory enquiry; or your continued use poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Users.

12.3 Termination by the Operator

The Operator may permanently close an Account where a serious or repeated breach of these Terms is established following investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion, any balance remaining in the Account at the time of termination — including real-money deposits, winnings, and bonuses — may be forfeited in full.

12.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 7, 8, 9, and 13 — shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Indonesia that cannot be excluded or modified by contract.

13.2 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of dx69, you agree to first contact our customer support team and allow a period of 30 calendar days for the parties to attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage to the mutual satisfaction of both parties.

13.3 Formal Dispute Procedure

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the 30-day period, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration before an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by the Operator's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Amendments to These Terms

dx69 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter your rights) may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.1. The most recent version of these Terms is always available on this page, with the effective date noted in the header.
